11 students from Sudurpaschim Province hiding in bunker in war-torn Israel

Kathmandu : Nepali nationals in Israel have continued to suffer due to the ongoing war between the Palestinian militant group Hamas and the Israeli army.

According to the information provided by the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), three Nepali nationals have gone out of contact since Saturday morning and nine others were injured in the attack.

According to the NRNA, nine Nepalis, who went from Nepal to Israel’s Sedot Negev Agriculture Training Center for internship, sustained injuries and two of them are in serious condition.

There were 17 Nepali people in that agricultural center. Nine of them were injured while others were rescued safely.

The NRNA has informed through a statement that efforts are being made to get detailed information of Nepalis affected by the attack.

Meanwhile, 11 students who went to Israel from Sudurpaschim Province on learn-and-earn visa are reportedly hiding in a bunker to save their lives.
