Don’t imagine manipulating the Maoists: PM Prachanda

Kathmandu : Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that no one can manipulate the Maoist party.

PM Prachanda, also the chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center), vowed that the Maoist party will not let it to be used by others.

Speaking at a programme under the Martyrs Week organized by Martyrs Foundation entitled peace process, federal democratic republic and today’s politics, PM Prachanda said the Maoist party has its own dynamic characteristic.

“It is true, the Maoist party does not stay still like a pond without outlet, it flows like a fast-moving river due to its principle and thought,” It does not enjoy in continuity of status-quo. It is a political force that creates new situation by hiatus or breaks in continuity.”

The Maoist party is the horse of the Nepali, not of any other forces, he said.

PM said, “Even though many people have failed to understand and marks my character as ‘unpredictable leader’, but I am not like that. I take a step bearing in mind the situation. I am often exit kicking out the traps when the reactionaries encircle me.

He said the communist forces face problems time and against due to their failure in making concrete analysis of concrete situation. PM said, “Today marks a new rupture as it is a day to fulfill the dreams of martyrs. Therefore, there is no alternative to all forces other than coming together.”

Mentioning about the attempt of unity of the comprehensive communism, PM has urged all communist forces to be ready. 

The PM urged all communist forces to come for unity saying that he has taken initiative for a comprehensive communist unity.

PM Prachanda expressed commitment to give a conclusion to the peace process mentioning the efforts that are being made in this regard.

The PM said that the road of the revolution is never straight. Thousands have been martyred since the Maoist insurgency and today also the process of declaring martyrs to those who are yet to be identified continues.
